This quick quote is based on the
files that we are able to retrieve from your website. The quote
will include a list of files to be translated. We highly recommend
you review this list of files to make sure all files you require
are on there.
We use automated tools for the word count; these are basically
spider tools that download files from the web and make a word
count of text to be translated on the body, meta tags, alt tags,
scripts, on mouse move text, etc.
Due to the complexity and different structure of site files
an error margin is possible on the count. Our experience is
that this margin is very rarely more than 5%. And usually a
surplus count in one file is compensated with an incomplete
count on another.
Our fees are based on the assumption that you will provide us
with a complete and accurate copy of your web site including
the folder structure. As well as the source files of images
and animations to be edited (for example layered PhotoShop or
Illustrator files).
